“Best Dosa in the Pacific Northwest! Not exaggerating! All items made from scratch on premise. Spices very authentic, menu and vibe (Indian pop music) very much India but with a very chill vibe, Simran is the best server! The samosa chaat was outstanding! Huge, crispy outside and super filled with soft chick peas, etc filling and typed with fresh yogurt, pomegranate and cilantro topping, long cooked filling, crispy crust, soft, savory, spicy, tangy and ever so slightly sweet, all at the same time! Highly recommend!”
